Disaster Relief
When disaster strikes, Woodlands Church missions advance team is dispatched and on the ground to determine how we can best serve. Working through local agencies and churches of affected areas, teams of volunteers are then trained to address the specific needs of a crisis then are deployed to support relief efforts while offering hope and encouragement.
Whether in preparing and serving food to care for victims or other support teams, removing debris, offering child care for families trying to clean up their homes or providing a listening ear for those whose world has been rocked, we use adults ready to invest time and energy for a week or longer.
