Fun, Safe & Secure Envinronment

Your child is special to us here at Fellowship of the Woodlands. You can be assured that our qualified staff will be attentive to your child, not just babysitting. Children will find loving caregivers in their room who will take the time to play, talk to, and sing with each child.

Our infants are cuddled and rocked and pray for with love. We do not leave children to “cry it out” – if your child does cry, we will do everything we can to calm and reassure them. The more consistent you are in bringing them to church, the quicker your child will feel comfortable in the nursery.

When you check in your child, you are given a security tag or pager. The pager will be activated when your baby does not seem to respond to our care. We encourage parents to wear the pager as when activated it will vibrate. A child is not to be released to anyone without a security tag.

Our Caregivers are Infant CPR trained along with First Aid. A Criminal check is done on all our Caregivers, along with an application. Our Caregivers wear Blue “Small World” Smocks so you may identify them easily. Parents are asked to stay out of the individual rooms as others may see who exactly is with their baby.
