Angel Tree
This ministry collects and distributes Christmas presents for children in need within our church and community. Planning stages of the yearly event begin in October and end the day Conroe ISD breaks for the holidays. Time commitment varies. For more information, contact us or call 888-293-5932.
Athletics / Sports
This ministry provides the congregation the opportunity to actively participate in a variety of men’s, women’s, and co-ed athletic/sporting events while developing and encouraging Christian relationships and deepening church involvement. Volunteers plan, organize, and coordinate various sporting activities and assist in computer entry, direct mail/email communication, etc. Time commitment may vary. Baby Dedication
Baby dedication is a time for parents to dedicate their babies and small children
to the Lord and to commit to raising them according to God's principles. Baby
dedication is held once a year on Mother's Day weekend. This ministry provides support to the pastor performing the dedication
and assists with coordination and contacting of parents for the event. Time

Band
Band provides the instrumental portion of the music enjoyed at services, special events, and programs. This is an auditioned group of musicians committed to glorifying our Lord through song. Time requirement is 10-15 hours per week. For more information, contact us.
Baptism
This ministry assists with the administration of baptisms several times a month.
Help needed includes registration of those being baptized and providing support
to the pastors. Time commitment is 3-5 hours per month. For more information,

Bereavement
This ministry meets the needs of our church families during their time of loss by preparing food for the gatherings of family and friends after funeral services. For more information, contact us.
Blood Drive
"Think Life" is the theme of this ministry. The leaders and volunteers work with Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center in holding quarterly blood drives at Fellowship of The Woodlands. For additional information or to become part of this ministry, contact Ky Bishop.
Bookstore
Bibles, inspirational books, and other Christian literature are available for
sale in our bookstore. Participants in this ministry assist by selling the materials
and keeping track of inventory. They may also help with the production and packaging
of audio tapes, CD’s, and/or video tapes of the messages from Saturday
night and/or Sunday morning. Approximately 5-7 hours per month required. For

Bulletin Assemblers
Join this vital part of the weekend service preparation, by assembling bulletins and other materials for the Saturday and Sunday services. This is an excellent opportunity for fellowship. Call Center Ministry
If you have a heart to reach out to others and share the Good News, join us as we answer calls in response to Pastor Kerry's televised broadcasts. Whether processing a request for a sermon tape or responding to needs through prayer - this ministry offers a unique opportunity to truly make a difference for Christ in the World. Celebrate Recovery 12-Step Program
This ministry is a recovery program that helps attendees overcome hurts, habits,
and hang-ups in their lives through a Christ centered 12-step program. Meetings
are held on Tuesday nights from 7:00 to 9:00 pm in The Ride building.

Opportunities abound at FOTW’s Children’s ministry! The purpose of this ministry is to win kids to Christ and grow them spiritually. Adults can be a part of this ministry by helping in the classrooms during services, by volunteering with Vacation Bible School, Greeting, Music, Video and in many other exciting areas. Children's Ministry - PlanetKidz Adventure Week
Adventure week is a jazzed-up version of Vacation Bible School. There is awesome
praise and worship, a high energy lesson, games and activities, and the most
incredible water slides you have ever seen. We need adults to volunteer for

Children's Ministry - PlanetKidz Drama Team
This ministry helps affirm the message being taught through the use of adults performing exciting biblical skits for the children. This ministry makes the Bible come alive in a fun, exciting way that the children enjoy. For more information, contact us.
Children's Choir
By joining the All Stars Children's choir, students in grades pre-Kindergarten
through 6th grade experience the excitement of performing fun musicals in the
fall and the spring seasons. Through a 10-week commitment, students learn singing,
acting, choreography and more while working to create an amazing musical production.
Students learn that using their gifts and talents for God brings great joy to
Him and brings joy to others as well! Auditions are not necessary to join the

Crisis Pregnancy Assistance Center
This ministry provides prayer, counseling and support to mothers in need due to crisis pregnancies and is done through our local mission, Pregnancy Assistance Center North. Training and other education is provided. Those interested in peer counseling should sign up for the training sessions which held periodically. For more information, contact us.
Diabetes Christian Support
This ministry provides spiritual and emotional support for diabetics in a supportive Christian environment. Its goals are to help diabetics (1) understand they are loved by God; (2) that they can control their blood sugar; and, (3) they can help other diabetics as well. DivorceCare
This ministry is designed to help soften the blow of a painful divorce. If you have been divorced, or are going through a divorce, this course will help bring about healing and a closer walk with the Lord. DivorceCare for Kids is now also offered. It is designed for children ages 5-12.
Drama Team
Provides live sketches and video sketches for many of our weekend services and other events. This is an opportunity for those with acting ability to use their talents in church. The team is open to all attendees by audition. For more information, contact us.
Financial Counseling
Individuals in this ministry provide one-on-one budget and financial counseling to those in need and those in pre-marriage counseling with a pastor. For more information, contact us.
First Responders
FiRM is a self-motivated group composed of nurses, EMT's, doctors and ordinary people with an interest in being trained in this type of care. They provide emergency as well as non-emergency care and comfort to all ages at the majority of events on our campus. We are the only church in the county to be recognized First Responders by the Montgomery County Hospital District (MCHD). First Responders are trained and can provide basic first aid to include CPR/AED, oxygen administration, bandaging and splinting and spinal immobilization if needed prior to the arrival of a 911 ambulance. Friday FulFillers
Our dynamic group is comprised of 50 & Better ladies and gentlemen here at FOTW. This is a great time to meet your friends, and make new ones.
Friday FulFillers come together every Friday in the main atrium of FOTW. We enjoy lots of fun, and fellowship while performing various special projects to ready for the weekend's services.

Greeters
Do you have a love for the Lord and people that shines through your warm, friendly smile and pleasant handshake? If you have an outgoing and inviting personality, then we invite you to join us as a Greeter in making a great first impression! This dynamic team welcomes all visitors that come on our church campus from the parking lot. They covet the idea of "WOWing" each guest so that when they sit in their seat and the music begins, they feel accepted and grateful to be here at Fellowship of the Woodlands. Grief Support Ministry
If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.
The Grief Support Ministry at Fellowship of The Woodlands is a ministry for people grieving the loss of someone close. This 13 week program is facilitated by people who understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time. For more information, contact us.
Heart Support
This group of volunteers reaches out to those who are going to have or have had heart procedures or treatments. They offer spiritual and emotional support by personal contact from team members. They listen and share how quality life after their procedures is possible. They meet the first Saturday of each month at 4 PM in the east end of the Atrium. Helping Hands
The purpose of this ministry is to improve the living conditions of those in our community that are in need and without full resources to provide for themselves. The primary work of this ministry is in the area of minor home and auto repair. Time commitment varies anywhere from a few hours a month to a few Saturdays a month. Hospital Visitation
Participants give care to those in the hospital by visiting and praying with them and their families. Servants in this ministry sign up for various hospitals and/or times they want to serve. For more information, contact us.
Hospitality
Volunteers see that food/beverages are available and served to Pastors and volunteers who serve at multiple services on Sundays. They also serve refreshments for special events and holiday services. For more details, phone the Ministries Department at 281-367-1900 or contact us.
Hunger and Homeless
We sow the seeds of love to the less fortunate through several ongoing and one-time projects. The volunteer time commitments will vary according to the project and the needs. Some of our volunteer opportunities include:

- Life Skills Classes at MCEA in Conroe
- BBQ Pit Cooking Crews

Job Support
The mission is to help Job Seekers and Job Providers. The Job Support Ministry holds meetings for Job Seekers on the second and third Saturday of each month from 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM in the Old Small World Building Next to Main Auditorium. The meetings include breakout sessions covering topics such as resume writing, interviewing skills and job lead tips as well as prayer support and encouragement. There are Guest Speakers at various times throughout the year. We welcome volunteers to assist in this ministry and time commitment may vary depending upon your schedule. Life Development Classes
Class 101 (Discovering Church Membership), Class 201 (Discovering Christian Maturity), and Class 301 (Gifts, Passion, Service), are generally taught on a monthly basis. Class 401 (Discovering My Life Mission) is taught several times a year. Participation in this ministry involves setting up the classes, assisting with class registration and attendance, and providing support to the teaching pastor. Meals
Volunteers deliver meals to church families experiencing times of stress such as illness, death of a loved one, surgery, or birth or adoption of a baby. Men's Small Groups
Men's groups meet all throughout the county for Bible study, fellowship, accountability, and Christian growth. Breakfast groups, lunch groups and evening groups are also available. For more information, contact us.
Missions
Do you love to travel to exotic places? Do you have a heart to share God’s love in a different culture? If so, check out FOTW’s foreign missions opportunities! Motorcycle
The Motorcycle Ministry is focused on fellowship, Christian support, encouragement, prayer, and providing a Christian focus for motorcycle riders. We welcome all makes and models of bikes and riders of all experiences. We have a monthly ride on the 3rd Saturday of each month (weather permitting) and other meets and rides throughout the month. We attend festivals, events, and rides throughout the area and demonstrate fellowship and fun on motorcycles. We try to be an example for other riders and groups and frequently ride with other church motorcycle groups and with some of the Christian Motorcycle Association Chapters. Music and Media
Ministry serves in many areas of the church. From performing in the band to operating a camera the music and drama ministry is really in the spot light.
New Mom's Ministry
This ministry honors expectant mothers and offers fellowship and support to new moms through parent education and small group situations. For more information, contact us.

Persecuted Church Ministry
This virtual ministry is dedicated to strengthening and encouraging persecuted Christians worldwide. Team members stay informed, raise awareness, provide prayer support, and participate in encouragement projects to make a difference in the lives of over 200 million Christians in 45 nations that face interrogation, arrest, discrimination, alienation, and even death for their faith in Christ. Participation is by the semester – spring or fall. Suggested assignments are forwarded to you via email. Occasional meetings are held, but not required. Photography
The FOTW Photography Ministry provides support for baptisms, membership events, special services and other church related activities. Participants need not be professional photographers. A willingness to serve and basic photography skills will allow you to capture those important moments for the church, our members and guests. P.L.A.C.E. Discovery Guides
After church members complete Class 301, GPS, and fill out their Profile Sheet, a Discovery Guide will interview them to help them select ministries to try out. The Discovery interview is done in a face-to-face, private setting. Each Discovery Guide will be provided and required to attend classroom training to equip them to equip others. Powerpoint
Provides graphic assistance through PowerPoint presentations to help with worship services, Life Development Classes, special events and other ministries of the church. For more information, contact us.
Prayer
This ministry equips, trains, and encourages members and regular attenders to participate in prayer, believing that prayer is powerful and effective. One or more of the following prayer opportunities are available. Worship Teams pray in small groups during a minimum of one worship service per month. Email Team is made up of individuals who receive prayer requests online daily. Brown Bag Prayer Affair meets during lunch to pray once a month. Other Prayer Teams meet throughout the week to pray for church, staff and ministries. The Prayer Vigils Team prays a few times a year for special events. Preschool Choir
A very special choir made up of "little lambs" ages 3-5. The pre-school choir sings on special occasions and is announced in the bulletin for sign-ups and performance times and places. For more information, contact us.
Prison Ministry

Restoration
The purpose of Fellowship of The Woodlands Restoration is to provide biblical and balanced teaching and support groups to promote wholeness, growth and spiritual maturity. Contact Dr. Paul Looney - Pastor for more information or call 281-367-1900.
School Supplies
Volunteers collect school supplies to be provided to needy children at sponsored schools. Time commitment varies, and more information may be obtained by phoning the Ministries Department at 281-367-1900.
Set-Up
This group facilitates set-up services for all FOTW activities. It is the operation involved in setting up all equipment needed at various facilities rented by FOTW. This includes setting into place tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment. Also it includes the maintenance of all equipment and signage for the parking lot and building. Small Group
Develop lasting friendships and learn the truths of the Bible in the small group ministry. Opportunities abound for leading, developing your leadership skills by apprenticing, or hosting a small group in your home. Small World Preschool
Opportunities abound to be a part of FOTW's children's ministry! The purpose of this ministry is to share Christ with believing and seeking children and to help them to recognize their spiritual gifts and to surrender their lives to Christ. Adults can be a part of this ministry by helping in the classrooms during services, by volunteering with Vacation Bible School, Greeting, and in many other exciting areas.

Student Life Development
These classes track adult classes 101, 201, 301 and 401 for Junior High and High School students. The Student Ministry is where it's at for Middle School, Junior High and High School age students. We exist to attract students to Christ, develop them as Christians, equip them for ministry, and challenge them to lead. For more information, contact us.
Tamina Project
This ministry focuses on providing help with labor and support for the building of a food pantry and distribution center in the community of Tamina. Technical Team
This ministry provides lights, sound, and technical support for musical performances and other church related meetings and activities. Volunteers set up and operate sound, video, lights, and other equipment for most events at FOTW. On the job training provided! Time commitment varies. For more information, contact us.
Thanksgiving Meals
Every Thanksgiving, FOTW provides hundreds of Thanksgiving meals to the less fortunate in our community. This ministry asks that those involved be available during the week before Thanksgiving for coordinating the deliveries. Time requirement is 1-2 full days during Thanksgiving week. Transit Ministry
This is truly FOTW's First Impression! From the moment you enter and exit Fellowship of The Woodlands each weekend, this lively group of men and women are committed to making sure things run smoothly and safely. This devoted team welcomes you to our church, guides you to your parking spot, transports you across the campus on golf carts and shuttles, and assists with any other needs that you may have. If you would like to join this team-oriented ministry and ensure that your fellow-attendees have a safe and convenient parking experience, then we have an orange vest waiting for you! Ushers
This diverse group is an essential part of our First Impressions vision. Our Usher team welcomes and guides guests into the auditorium so that they may enjoy a positive worship experience. They assist with locating seats, facilitate offering time, and are alert to the enjoyment and safety of each guest. Our fantastic team of Ushers eases the process of Communion and handles all of the behind-the-scenes details. If you enjoy helping people, then we have a place for you on our Usher team. Vocal Team
Provides an opportunity for those with vocal talents to use their gift in worship. This is an auditioned group that provides solo and ensemble singing in all of FOTW's worship services and special events. For more information, contact us.

Women's Ministry
We love to worship, study and simply have fun together in comfortable, casual settings. If you want to meet new friends and grow in your walk with the Lord, you've found the right place. We offer relevant Bible studies, such as " Step By Step Through the New Testament " and "Conversation Peace." You will find small groups studying and sharing experiences like women's conferences and our unique Bible study - The Journey.
