Wedding Fee
The wedding fee includes pastor services, wedding coordinator,
pre-marriage counseling, administrative fees, sound and lighting
engineer, maintenance personnel and utilities.
• Chapel in the Woods (seats 450)
Member $1,000; Non-Member $2,000
• Baptismal Pool (seats 40)
Member $450; Non-Member $900

Deposit
A $500 deposit is required for chapel weddings. This deposit is not applicable to any fees. Your deposit check will be deposited into the church account, and a refund check will be sent back to you after the wedding unless there is damage to any part of the church facilities resulting from your wedding. This deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservations.

Payment of Fees
For the chapel, an amount equal to one half of your wedding fee must be submitted with your Wedding Application. This amount is non-refundable. The balance of the wedding fee and the deposit must be paid in full 90 days prior to your wedding date. For baptismal pool weddings, the full wedding fee must be paid when you submit your application. Please make all checks payable to Woodlands Church.

Reservations Process

The following process can be used to make a wedding
reservation:

1. Determine date, time and location for the wedding
   ceremony.
2. Submit a Wedding Application and the appropriate fees to Wedding Services. You may leave these items at the Information Desk, appropriately marked, or mail them to:

3. Reservations will not be held until the appropriate fees have been received.
   Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as the date has been scheduled on the church calendar and the pastor you have chosen has agreed to officiate the ceremony. If there is a conflict with your request, a wedding coordinator will contact you to discuss
   alternatives.
4. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you may schedule a meeting with your pastor to begin marriage- preparation activities.
