The purpose of Woodlands Church Restoration is to provide biblical and balanced teaching and support groups to promote wholeness, growth and spiritual maturity.

We experience God's healing power in our lives through the eight recovery principles found in the Beatitudes. We start the evening with worship followed by biblical teaching or testimonies of those whose lives have been changed by working through God's principles.

Restoration splits into small groups following the lesson to allow for support and encouragement in our life struggles. Our support groups do not attempt to "fix" each other or offer professional advice; rather we provide a safe place for healing and grace. Each group follows resource materials and workbooks which are all optional for purchase. All books are priced separately and range from $6 to $20.

Within Restoration, we provide Celebrate Recovery groups for men and women

Breakout Sessions:

Relationship Group (Women only) - This group is for women who have a loved one who struggles with any addiction, hurt, habit or hang-up. Resource includes: Life Recovery Bible and Workbook – Breakout in room C209

Relationship Group (Men & Families) -This group is for adult family members who have a loved one who is struggling with various addictions, hurts, habits or hang-ups. Resource includes: Life Recovery Bible and Workbook – Breakout in C210

Telling Yourself the Truth (men) – This group is for men and women who are struggling with stress, work, depression or anxiety.  Resources include: “Telling Yourself the Truth” book – Breakout in C211
 
Men's Purity Issues (Men) - This group is for men who are struggling with Sexual addiction and pornography. Resource includes: Life Recovery Workbook and Bible – Breakout upstairs in C214
Women’s Codependency Group (Women) - This group is for women struggling with relationship issues.  This group also helps those struggling with issues pertaining to food and spending.  Resource includes the Life Recovery Bible  – Breakout in C202

Women's Emotional Freedom (Women) - This group is for women struggling with the emotions that come from life's challenges. Also includes groups for women who have been sexually, emotionally or physically abused. Resources include: Life Recovery Workbook and Bible – Breakout in C200
 
Women’s Boundaries Group (Women) – This group is for women who want to study the Cloud and Townsend book “Boundaries” in depth.  Resources includes: “Boundaries” book and workbook – Breakout in C204
Celebrate Recovery (Women) - These groups are for women struggling with Alcohol or Chemical Addiction. Resource includes: Celebrate Recovery Workbooks - Breakout upstairs in C208

Celebrate Recovery (Men) - Theses groups are for men struggling with Alcohol or Chemical Addiction. Resource includes: Celebrate Recovery Workbooks - Breakout downstairs in C212

Women’s Depression Group (Women) - This group is for women struggling with depression..  This group also helps those struggling with issues of anxiety and self worth.  Resource includes the Life Recovery Bible  – Breakout in C206

Living in the Light (men & women) –This is a support group for anyone who has been affected by HIV/AIDS or Hepatitis C. - Breakout in C214
