Cancer Resource Team

Welcome to the Cancer Resource Team

The Cancer Resource Team was founded on the premise that through God we can make a difference in the lives of those suffering through the cancer journey. We are qualified to provide this help by virtue of having walked this road ourselves. We are called to this ministry by the belief that God never wastes our sorrow but instead uses them to help others.

Our goals are:

1. To improve the quality of life for the cancer survivor and her/his family by aiding in real life needs.
2. To form a network of resources that focus on caring for, understanding and helping the person with cancer and the family of caregivers
3. To show the faithful love of Christ through our commitment to those in need inside and outside our church and community.

We offer such things as: air flights, peer support, meals, prayer, and resource assistance.

We also try to meet every other month except during the summer months.
