School Team Commitment dates are December 13th and 14th (Gift Return -at the church) and December 15th, 16th, and 17th (Gift delivery to parents at the school.)
Data Entry Team This team coordinates the data entry of all the information on the children and donors. This team prepares the shopping list and labels for shopping team. Time commitment is 4-6 hours per week between November 10th and December 11th.
Decorating Team Time commitment is November 12th and 13th at the church and December 8th for take down of the trees and setup for Gift Return.
Shopper Monday, December 15th from 4 – 7 p.m. at The Woodlands Wal-Mart located on the corner of 242 and I-45 south.
Gift Wrapping Gifts will be wrapped on Tuesday, December 16th, 8:30 am - noon at Woodlands Church.
Hospitality / Volunteer Care Team Volunteers on the Hospitality and Volunteer care team will help prepare thank you cards, appreciation gifts, name tags, and volunteer schedules. Time commitment is about two hours weekly from October 1st – mid December.
