There are many new challenges that lie ahead for those facing or fighting the burden of cancer. However, resources that are available in our area can help lighten many loads. Our goal is to introduce you to some at the Cancer Fair.

The desire of the Cancer Fair is to educate, share information, and give support. Also, we want you to have fun, so be sure to pick up your goodie bag and take home lots of freebies!

Please share this information with your family, friends, co-workers, church ministries, support groups, etc. The Fellowship of The Woodlands Cancer Resource Team is looking forward to seeing you at the Cancer Fair on Saturday, May 17, 2008.

Some organizations represented at the Cancer Fair: American Cancer Society, Angel Flights, CanCare, Cancer Counseling, Cytyc/Mammosite, Digestive Specialists, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Cancer Center, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston Hospice, Conroe Regional Medical Center, Home Healthcare, Myriad Genetics, Medical Reimbursement Resource, Gayla Wigs, Acute Care, Acupuncturist Dr. Kim, TLC HomeCare, Dermatologist Dr. Clark, Dentist Dr. Bradshaw, Authors Gail Larson and Sue Teall, Lymphedema & Wound Care Institute, Origins of Macy’s, SunGrubbies, Nicky’s Journey, Sunshine Kids, Vein & Laser Center, Specialist for Women, Enfusia, Palliative Care, Juice Plus, Juven of Abbott, One30Fittness, Northwoods Urology Assoc., Y-Me National Cancer Organization, plus more. We will also provide some free health screenings.
