Baptism is an important step in the life of a Christian. The New Testament teaches that new believers were baptized directly after they received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior; there was no delay.
Baptism is also an act of obedience to the command of Christ. It symbolizes the spiritual cleansing through divine forgiveness and newness of life experienced by believers by virtue of their identification with Christ in His death and resurrection.
If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior and wish to take that all important next step by following His command to be baptized, register below and experience God's life changing power.
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit," Matthew 28:19 (NASB)
BAPTISM Date: Sunday, January 31, 2010 Time: 2:00pm Location: 7011 Sunflower Grove Dr. Humble, Texas 77346 Map: »View Map |

When Should I Be Baptized?
As soon as you have personally placed your trust in Jesus Christ for salvation.
Do I Need To Pre-register To Be Baptized?
It would help us make your baptism more special and personal if you pre-registered, but it is possible also for you to let us know the day of baptism that you are coming and still participate in the baptism.
Can My Child Be Baptized?
Yes, your child can be baptized if he/she has personally placed his/her faith in Jesus Christ for salvation. We highly recommend children under age 12 speak with a Children's Pastor prior to their baptism.
Where Do You Perform Baptisms?
We do almost all of our baptisms at homes or local pools. These pools are heated when necessary and the settings are always beautiful and memorable.
Where Do I Come For Baptism?
Services are typically held every other month at our satellite campuses. Maps will be provided to you in a variety of ways so that you can get invite your friends and family members to join you on this special occasion. We will instruct you on what time you need to be at the specific location.
What do I wear?
Bring your baptism clothes to the service. Women/girls should wear shorts and a (non-white) top rather than a swimsuit, or a dark colored t-shirt that completely covers the swimsuit. Men/boys should wear a swimsuit or shorts, and a t-shirt. Bring a change of clothes, a towel, and a plastic bag for your wet clothes. We have changing rooms in the back of the auditorium. We can provide you with clothes to wear for baptism, if needed.
Will I Have To Say Anything - What Can I Expect?
No, you do not have to say a thing. We will call out your name to come into the baptism pool then take your photo. This photo and a signed certificate of baptism will be a part of the beautiful baptism folder we will send you after your baptism. One of our pastors/leaders will say a few words and briefly lower you to just below the surface of the water. You can then exit the baptism pool and watch as others celebrate their baptism.
Can My Family Be Baptized Together?
Yes! If each family member understands fully the meaning of baptism, and each one has personally placed his/her trust in Christ for salvation, we encourage families to be baptized at the same time. Young children who wish to be baptized are asked to meet with our Children's Pastor for a pre-baptism conversation prior to being baptized.
